Cleaning and facilities
Management software for cleaning companies
Your work comes back to the same places every week. Tosloc generates the visits, records who attended and bills the contract, without you retyping any of it.
The demo needs no account and is loaded with a full year of data.

The work is regular. Running it never is.
A cleaning company does not sell visits, it sells a rhythm: three mornings a week at one site, Mondays at another, windows every other month. That rhythm fits in a spreadsheet until someone is off sick, a client asks for an extra visit, or a site changes its hours. After that the written schedule and the real one are different things, and the month-end invoice gets rebuilt from memory.
- Retyping the same schedule into a spreadsheet every week.
- Hunting for who actually attended a site last month.
- Rebuilding the contract invoice by hand every month.
- Not knowing whether an absent cleaner was really covered.
What changes in a cleaning business
Contracts that create their own visits
Describe the rhythm once — every Monday, twice a week, the first Thursday of the month — and the visits appear in the schedule. Pause a contract, skip an occurrence while the client is closed, and pick it up again.
Proof the visit happened
The cleaner clocks in and out from their phone, works through the site checklist and adds photos where it matters. When a client calls to say nobody came, you have the times, the checklist and the photos.
Checklists per site, not per trade
Washrooms in a medical practice and in a warehouse are not the same job. Build a checklist template per type of site and it lands on every visit, ticked off as the work is done.
Absences handled before the visit, not after
A declared absence surfaces the visits it leaves uncovered and suggests who is free to take them. The gap shows while there is still time to fill it.
A typical week
- 1
Your sites and your cleaners
A client can have several sites, each with its address, access notes and on-site contact.
- 2
Your contracts
Set the rhythm and the usual crew. Visits create themselves; you only handle the exceptions.
- 3
The month's invoice
The contract carries its amount and its billing rhythm. The invoice goes out with the visit history behind it.
Common questions
Can I manage several sites for one client?
Yes. A client can have as many sites as you need, each with its own address, access notes and contact. Visits and contracts attach to the site rather than only to the client, so the history stays readable when a group has ten addresses.
What if a client wants to skip a week?
Skip that occurrence without touching the contract. The rhythm resumes on its own afterwards, and the skipped visit stays visible in the contract's history with its reason.
Do my cleaners need a computer?
No. The employee view is built for a phone: the day, the clock-in, the checklist and the photos. Only the owner needs a wider screen, for scheduling and billing.
