Service businesses
Field service management software
If your business is sending somebody somewhere to do something and then billing for it, that is the job Tosloc knows — whatever the sector.
The demo needs no account and is loaded with a full year of data.

Five tools that do not talk to each other, and you in the middle.
A shared calendar for the schedule. A spreadsheet for clients. A notebook for hours. A billing tool that knows nothing about any of it. And an inbox acting as the memory for the lot. Each tool works. The time goes between them: the same fact typed in three places and, when two versions disagree, nobody knows which one is right.
- The same information typed into three different tools.
- A client's history reconstructed from the inbox.
- Completed jobs that were never invoiced.
- No figure you trust until the quarter closes.
One workspace, from the request to the payment
Schedule
A day, week and month calendar, assignments that flag clashes, a map of your jobs, and recurring contracts that generate their own visits.
Attend
The day's work on a phone, clock-in and clock-out, visit checklists, before and after photos and the client's signature.
Invoice
A service catalogue, signed quotes that become invoices, payment tracking, and electronic invoices in Factur-X format.
Steer
Revenue, margin after materials and labour, money landing and leaving in the next 30 days, and how much of your revenue rests on one client.
How you start
- 1
Your clients and your team
Create your clients and the people who attend. Each person carries their skills and their availability.
- 2
Your jobs
Create and assign them. Anything that repeats becomes a contract and generates itself.
- 3
Your documents
Quotes, invoices and payments follow the work actually done, with nothing retyped, and the reports fill in as they go.
Common questions
My trade is not in your list. Will it fit?
Probably, if you schedule work at clients' premises and invoice for it. Tosloc is built around that sequence rather than around one trade. The demo is open without signing up, which is the quickest way to find out.
Can I try it without committing?
The trial runs 14 days and nothing is charged during it; a card is taken at sign-up. The subscription is monthly and can be cancelled. The demo asks for neither an account nor a card.
Is my data still mine?
Yes. Each workspace is isolated from every other at the database level. You can export your clients, jobs and documents, and ask for your workspace to be deleted.
